LESER manufactures clothing packaging: cardboard boxes and magnetic boxes, on request with your logo. 6 standard sizes are available to order immediately, from the flat scarf box through to the magnetic box for shirts and jumpers: cardboard boxes from 10 units, magnetic boxes from 25, scarf boxes from 30, gift bags and paper carrier bags from 100. If you need your own size, you can have it from a larger order quantity. We are available at any time for individual projects.
We manufacture the packaging ourselves. That means short routes for format, board and finishing, and one contact who tells you what is actually feasible in production.
Custom clothing packaging for your garments
Sometimes standard simply is not enough. No problem: we manufacture packaging for your garment exactly to your specifications. You define the size, colour and finishing , we build a sample and produce the run. Custom sizes only pay off from a larger run onwards. Do get in touch, we look forward to your individual project!

Which packaging suits which garment?
Two things decide the question: how the garment is folded and how much volume it retains. The table shows which of our standard sizes is made for which range.
How can the packaging be finished?
Every one of our packaging formats can be designed individually. Printing, embossing and inserts are all produced in house at LESER, so you decide on motif, colour and interior without a third party in between.
Printing with your logo
All formats are available with and without printing. You determine motif, typeface and placement.
Hot foil stamping
Hot foil stamping for gold, silver or coloured foil on lid and sides. Makes the box stand out on the shelf without making the basic shape more expensive.
Colours
Magnetic boxes in black and white, Cardboard boxes for scarves in white and black, paper carrier bags in 7 colours. For custom solutions many further colours are possible.
Inserts
Inserts hold the garment in place and prevent knitwear or silk from slipping in transit.
Womenswear, menswear, accessories
Womenswear: Blouses, dresses, knitwear, underwear and lingerie. For flat folded items the 317 box, for anything with volume the magnetic box. For lingerie and silk an insert is worthwhile. Menswear: Shirts, jumpers, ties, belts. For shirts and jumpers the large magnetic box. For ties and belts we have dedicated formats under Tie boxes and Belt packaging.
Accessories: Scarves, Shawls, Socks, Handbags, Wallets. Each of these product groups needs its own format, matched to the shape of the product. A scarf lies flat and wide, a handbag needs depth.
