CERTIFICATIONS - CERTIFIED PACKAGING
As an ISO 9001 and FSC®-certified packaging manufacturer, we offer you paper and cardboard packaging that looks good and comes from audited processes.
Our ISO 9001 certification stands for consistent quality management, our FSC® certification for the traceable origin of the paper and cardboard materials used.
ISO 9001 packaging manufacturer
ISO 9001 certification is the world's most recognised standard for quality management. It obliges us to clearly structure, document and regularly check every single step - from material selection to production and delivery.
This means for you:
- No coincidences: Every product goes through a defined process in which quality is checked at every point.
- Error prevention instead of troubleshooting: We recognise potential problems at an early stage and solve them before they have an impact.
- Measurable improvements: Our processes are regularly audited internally and externally so that we can continue to develop.
An example from our everyday life: When you order a customised carrier bag, all details such as dimensions, print colours, material quality and delivery date are recorded in our system when the order is accepted. This data accompanies the order through the entire production process. In this way, we ensure that your packaging ends up exactly as you ordered it.
FSC®-certified packaging
With our FSC® certification (Forest Stewardship Council), we demonstrate that the paper and cardboard for your packaging come from responsibly managed forests. Since 2018 we have been able to manufacture your packaging in accordance with FSC® guidelines (FSC® licence number: FSC® C144083, further information at www.fsc.org). Policy statement on the FSC® core labour standards.
The FSC® system sets requirements relating to, among other things: the preservation of biodiversity, fair working conditions for local people and the long-term protection of forest areas.
For you this means: you can offer packaging that is visually and qualitatively impressive and whose paper and cardboard origin is documented.
A practical example: many of our customers in the jewellery and watch industry choose FSC®-certified packaging because retailers and end customers ask about the origin of the materials.
Why certified packaging strengthens your business
Certificates such as ISO 9001 and FSC® are not a formality for us, they are a promise to you. They give you the assurance that we work with clear structures and document the origin of our paper and cardboard materials.
This brings you concrete advantages:
- Planning security: your delivery dates are fixed, your goods arrive as agreed.
- Brand image: you present yourself as a company that can demonstrate audited quality and documented material origin.
- Verifiability: you can prove that your packaging comes from certified processes, an advantage in tenders or for export.
Packaging manufacturer with clear processes
Our certifications are not "badges on the wall", but are deeply integrated into our day-to-day work. Every employee is familiar with the standards and knows how to implement them in day-to-day business. This starts with the selection of raw materials and continues through production to the final inspection before dispatch.
One example: Each batch is randomly checked before delivery. We not only check the print quality and accuracy of fit, but also the packaging and transport security. In this way, we ensure that your goods not only arrive on time, but also in perfect condition.
