4 people in inside sales, 2 of them for Germany, Austria and Switzerland and 2 for export, plus 3 key account managers and the field sales team in Germany, Austria and Switzerland

We package jewellery and watches for brands across Europe. Our customers call when an order is urgent, when a custom made solution is needed or when something is not running smoothly. This is where the threads come together: you know the orders, you know the contacts, and you make sure that the right thing reaches the customer in the end.
Your role
Your tasks
- You are the first point of contact for your customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, by phone and by email
- You accompany orders from the enquiry through the quote to the invoice
- You keep the connection between customers, key account managers and the field sales team
- You clarify questions with production, the warehouse and purchasing
- You take on your own organisational projects, directly with the management
Your profile
What you bring with you
- A completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
- You keep an overview, even when several enquiries come in at the same time
- You communicate clearly and in a friendly way, in writing and on the phone
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Experience in inside sales or in order processing
- Knowledge of the jewellery, watch or packaging industry
- Experience with an ERP system, we work with abas
- English skills for the occasional contact beyond Germany
